weekend in town

we'd been busy this weekend. we went to the temple for phun's bd. he is one year old now. the temple has so many novices studying Dhamma during Buddhist lent. after offering food and sat there chanting with them. we were invited to eat with them. so we fixed our lunch there with other Buddhists. then we headed into town to do some errands; shopping, picking up grandma's photo, framing her photo, browsing a bookstore, walking around mall etc. while walking around the bookstore, i bought a coloring book. joon asked if it was for py. i said no. it was for me. i have a goal in 43t for coloring the entire color book. it's kind of waking up the child in me. i picked doraemon, my at-all-time fave cartoon. then we went to try a coffee shop sitting at the corner of central mall and had some shooting spree there. the cakes were yummy. the road outside was buzzing with cars and motorcycles dashing by...
