yesterday, i ran 5 miles and today i was supposed to run less with weight training but i've noticed that i didn't sweat much finishing 5 miles yesterday and my legs weren't sore. so i tried 6 miles this morning. i didn't try to speed up much, just the pace that my legs could cope. but still i picked up the speed bit by bit. i finised 6 miles at 46.10 mins. it was a great run that i managed to push through 5 miles and my knees are still feeling good and i didn't feel like i have a long run at all. i think i have to set aside more time to run longer but with slower pace. i've been enjoy running so much.
tomorrow, i am going to go out running on the road. it's so good to rest the treadmill and break away from it, though just during the weekend. sunday, i am going to join a 4k funrun. there is no mini-marathon, just a funrun. i've been waiting for it since the mini-marathon last month.. enjoy your weekend, people!
