eng-majored friends

not just the weekend that was eventful but the first half of the week has slashed by with lively and remarkable moments. who would believe that i had a chance to meet one of my long-lost eng-majored friends again.. after 13 years of vanishing from my life and after my failed attempts to contact her via postcards, karima has finally resurfaced, with the help from ake, one of our eng-majored friends..

on friday, ake called and told me that he was in my town for an english teaching seminar. he said he accidentally bumped into other 2 eng-majored friends, ying and karima.. i excitedly asked him to make a rendezvous for us to meet on sunday evening.. then i drove from home to meet nok and went straight to the hotel to meet them. after talking and catching up, we drove to karn's house to pay her a visit. she was huge and very pragnant, 1 month to go. our new mom-to-be!!

yesterday, the final day of the seminar, ake, nok and i met again before ake caught a bus back to phuket this morning. we dined at MK and planned to have a mini-reunion in hatyai around april next year. we will try to gather/convince/force as many english-majored friends as possible to our first reunion. so, to all of you, eng-majored students with code starting from 36.., (education or human) make yourself available and book an advance tickets to hadyai.. we will talk and set the actual date again by the end of this year.. however, i prefer the beginning of april, as after songkran, i will vanish again.. the reunion will be casual, friendly and warm welcome.. any comments or suggestions, feel free to text me..
