hello, we are back from the island of rain and sun. it was my second time visiting langkawi, after my first time 13 years ago while still in uni. things totally changed. buildings and duty free shops emerged like budding mushrooms getting enough water.
we rented a car, drove around with no exact destination. just drove along the road to see where it led us and when night fell, found our way back to the hotel. the pool on the beachside was so tempting to soak in but i was too lazy and the weather was a bit cold. it was best curling up in bed with the book i brought with me. we ate, drank, napped, went out buying new beers and chocolates when the ones in the fridge ran out. no doubt i piled up on weights when got home. managed to go out running one morning though, from hotel to jetty. serene and sunny morning.
thinking of uploading the pictures in another blogs. stay tune! been busy since coming back. might stay low profile first half week.. happy weekdays people.. miss ya!
